Review of Constitutional Studies

Description:

Journal Description: The Review of Constitutional Studies is an academic, peer reviewed journal published by the Centre for Constitutional Studies. It draws from many disciplines, including law, history, economics, political science, sociology and philosophy. While the Review provides a forum for the discussion of constitutionalism, it is intended to reach beyond the practical operations of constitutions to a discussion of the theories that drive constitutionalism - to explain strengths and weaknesses and general operation. In addition to original scholarly articles, the Review of Constitutional Studies also publishes review essays and book reviews.
